Angela is a registered Clinical Psychologist (Registration No. PSY0001011971) and a Psychology Board of Australian approved supervisor in Clinical Psychology. She is also a member of Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders. Angela has completed a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, Master of Science, Graduate Diploma of Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology Honours) at The University of Sydney.
Angela has also completed specialist training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Health at Every Size. In addition to private practice, Angela has experience working in hospital settings. She has many years of experience providing treatment in a specialist eating disorders service working with both adults and adolescents. She is able to provide meal support during sessions.
Angela also provides clinical supervision to provisional psychologists and registered psychologists.
Angela provides therapy based on an individualised treatment plan and in accordance with the client’s treatment goals. She provides therapy which is supportive, non-judgmental and active.
